La. seafood suppliers slow to reel in overseas demand

Louisiana may be known throughout the United States for its seafood. Unfortunately, the state’s notoriety in the industry ends at the border. Experts say exporting could help the industry tap into overseas demand for products that aren’t necessarily popular in Louisiana.
